4. Information We Collect
We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third parties or integrations you choose to connect.

Some of this information may be considered sensitive personal information, health information, or consumer health data under applicable law.
AI Assistant Inputs. If Glide offers AI-powered features, we may collect the prompts, messages, inputs, and related information you provide to generate responses, recommendations, summaries, meal suggestions, or fitness insights.
Communications. We may collect information you provide when you contact customer support, email us, respond to a survey, join a waitlist, enter a promotion, participate in a research opportunity, or message us through the Services or our social channels.
Payment and Subscription Information. If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors. Glide generally does not store your full payment card number.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including: IP address; device identifiers; app instance identifiers; operating system; browser type; device type; language settings; approximate location derived from IP address; crash logs and diagnostics; usage activity; pages, screens, and features viewed; dates and times of access; referring URLs; and interaction data related to how you use the Services. We may receive information from third parties, including: analytics providers; payment processors; authentication providers; customer support vendors; marketing or advertising partners; social sign-in providers; app stores; wearable or connected fitness-device providers; and health platform integrations you choose to connect, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, or similar services.
AI Features and Data Processing
Glide may offer features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI"), including but not limited to workout generation, meal suggestions, nutrition insights, progress analysis, and general wellness recommendations.
AI Inputs. We may collect and process the information you provide to the AI, including prompts, messages, fitness data, nutrition data, goals, preferences, and other inputs ("AI Inputs").
How AI Inputs Are Used. We use AI Inputs to generate responses, recommendations, and insights; personalize your experience within the Services; and improve the functionality and performance of Glide features.
Third-Party Processing. AI Inputs may be processed by third-party service providers that support our AI functionality (for example, large language model providers such as OpenAI or similar vendors). These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.
Data Storage and Retention. AI Inputs and outputs may be temporarily processed to generate responses; stored as part of your account history (e.g., logs, saved plans, messages); or retained for debugging, quality assurance, and feature improvement purposes.
Model Training. We do not use your personal data or AI Inputs to train third-party AI models for their general use outside of Glide. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve Glide's own features, analytics, and performance.
Limitations of AI. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; may reflect biases present in underlying data or models; may not consider your full health history, medical conditions, injuries, or personal circumstances; and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, nutritional, or clinical advice.
Automated Processing. AI features involve automated processing of your inputs to generate outputs. These outputs are not reviewed by a human before being delivered to you. The specific information we receive depends on the third party, your settings, and the permissions you grant.
5. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to create, maintain, and secure your account; provide and operate the Services; personalize your experience; log meals, workouts, and other fitness data; calculate goals, estimates, and progress metrics; provide insights, recommendations, and AI-assisted outputs; process subscriptions and payments; communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests; send transactional, administrative, and service-related messages; send promotional communications where permitted by law; analyze usage and improve the Services; troubleshoot bugs, monitor performance, and develop new features; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; enforce our Terms and other policies; comply with legal obligations; and support corporate transactions such as mergers, financings, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset transfers.
6. How We Disclose Information
Service Providers. We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, customer support, analytics, payment processing, communications delivery, fraud prevention, software infrastructure, and AI-processing support.
Integrations and Connected Services. If you choose to connect Glide with a third-party device, platform, or service, we may disclose information as needed to operate that integration and provide the feature you requested.
Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement. We may disclose certain information to analytics, advertising, and measurement partners to understand app performance, marketing effectiveness, and user engagement. Depending on the tools used and applicable law, some of these disclosures may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Corporate Transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction.
Legal, Safety, and Enforcement. We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process; protect the rights, property, or safety of Glide, our users, or others; detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security issues, or illegal activity; or enforce our agreements, policies, and legal rights.
With Your Direction or Consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or otherwise consent.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services functioning; remember settings and preferences; authenticate users; understand traffic and usage patterns; improve performance and features; and measure the effectiveness of campaigns or product changes. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if certain technologies are disabled.
We may permit analytics providers, advertising partners, and similar third parties to collect information over time and across different websites, apps, or services when you use our Services, subject to your settings, applicable law, and any state-specific rights described in our California Privacy Notice. Where required by applicable law, Glide will treat valid browser-based privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent, as described in our California Privacy Notice.
8. Marketing Communications
We may send promotional emails or similar marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in the message or, where available, updating your settings in the Services. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as account notices, security alerts, billing notices, and support responses.
9. Health-Related and Consumer Health Data
Because Glide is a fitness and wellness app, some of the information you provide may relate to your physical condition, wellness habits, nutrition, exercise, body measurements, or other health-related matters. We use this information to provide the Services you request, including tracking progress, generating insights, supporting goals, and powering app features. Where required by law, we will obtain any consent required before collecting, using, or sharing certain categories of health-related information.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services; maintain your account; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and protect our business interests. We may also retain aggregated or deidentified information that is no longer reasonably linked to an identified individual, subject to applicable law.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access to certain personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of certain information; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising practices; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and appeal a privacy-rights decision, where required by law.
To submit a request, contact us at GlideLBK@gmail.com or use any privacy-rights method we make available in the Services. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
13. State-Specific Notices
Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights. Glide may provide separate state-specific notices or supplements, including for California and Washington, that should be read together with this Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, apps, devices, or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
15. International Use
Glide is currently intended primarily for users in the United States unless we state otherwise. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice.
